I stopped into the office at 3445 Winton Place, and had a conversation with an employee about my home theater needs with the understanding that I would be receiving a call back to schedule a home visit. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out via the website, and was told I would get a call back to schedule something. I did not. After reaching out a third time, I received a call back; unfortunately, the person I was speaking with was somewhat rude and dismissive when I gave them the project information; they lectured me on the work required on the electrical installation (all things I was aware of, including the need to cut large holes in the ceiling). I let them know that I was no longer interested in working with them. Very disappointed in my experience with DAVE Digital Audio.

New amplifier and update came in and messed up Sonos equipment and the house built in speakers. Dave’s fixed it and everything is working very well. Highly recommend. Excellent, exceptional service! Hats off!!!!

This shop is AWESOME! Joel spent well over an hour with me, explaining QLED, OLED, mini LED, etc! His expertise was delivered in an easily comprehendible manner, without any sales pressure. He answered all of my questions, and compared models with pros and cons, operating systems, apps and prices. For an additional $199 they offer delivery and setup- (100% worth it!)Due to a light schedule, my TV was delivered the same day! Shawn was AMAZING! He immediately got to work taking my old TV to be recycled and carefully unpacking the new one. He walked me through setting up the apps for viewing and streaming, as well as the sound bar. He made sure that I could use the remote, and showed me how I could use my phone with Apps to play music, too! His expertise showed in how quickly he had the TV functioning, and also eliminating devices, like ROKU, that were no longer necessary. I highly recommend Dave Digital- their customer service is second to none!

We had an excellent experience working with DAVE for a home security system, including both equipment and installation. Matt provided the initial estimate and was very responsive to my questions and follow-up contacts. Shawn handled the first installation day, and on the second day Shawn and Joseph completed the work. All were professional, pleasant, and thorough, and they took the time to clearly explain the system. We are very pleased with the installation, and the labor pricing also felt very fair. I would highly recommend this team.
